EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY - CHRISTMAS 2024

We are pleased to announce that any orders placed between 10th November 2024 - 20th December 2024 (inclusive) will be eligible for our extended Christmas Returns policy! Please return back to us before 10th January 2025 to receive your exchange/refund.

At Asbury and Pell, we believe in the classics; timeless iconic brands and the highest standards of personal customer service. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 14 days for a refund. In the interests of improving products for the future, we would really appreciate your feedback on why the item is being sent back.

Please complete the returns form, enclosed with your order, and return any unwanted, unworn items in the original packaging.

Returns are at your own cost and risk, unless the item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item. Please note that original postage fees will be deducted from the total refund amount, unless the item is faulty/incorrect.

We will aim to refund all monies within 5 working days of receipt.

 

Royal Mail Tracked Returns

You can use our Royal Mail returns portal to easily send your items back. Get started below:

  • Once your return is booked, you wil need to print your return label or take the QR code generated to your local Post Office.
  • Make sure you complete your returns form and place in the package.
  • Take to your nearest Post Office, or use their collection service.


A sum of £3.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the returns postage (unless faulty or incorrect).
